Team Rehab is seeking a Patient Administrative Coordinator to join our Michigan clinics. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, verifying appointments, and guiding them through required paperwork.
You'll coordinate with clinicians, answer insurance questions, explain benefits, and obtain authorizations as needed. You’ll maintain EMR records, handle payments, and support clinic performance with data entry and reporting.
