This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Ferndale, MI. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates. Daily responsibilities include reviewing designs and specifications, coordinating with project teams, sourcing materials, and preparing detailed bids and proposals. The Estimator will play a key role in ensuring projects remain within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

• Experience in residential remodeling and/or commercial construction estimating
• Experience with Reading Blueprints and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Bidding Processes, Vendor Sourcing, and Proposal Preparation
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• Familiarity with Construction Software and Estimation Tools (Build trend plus)
• Attention to Detail and a Commitment to Accuracy
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus
