Insurance Verification, some insurance knowledge is a bonus.
- 3+ years' experience working in a dental office
- Uses great communication skills with proper dental terminology
- Happily greet patients at their arrival and departure
- Maintains and updates patients’ files
- Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Collecting patient co-pays
