Transcendence Behavioral Health is a privately owned, clinician-centered group practice with offices in Ferndale and Livonia, Michigan
. We are dedicated to fostering a warm, supportive, and collegial environment where therapists can grow personally and professionally while providing high-quality, affirming care.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking licensed psychotherapists to join us in a hybrid role (approximately 75% in-person / 25% telehealth).

• Contract (1099) psychotherapist position
• Flexible part-time start with the opportunity to build to a full caseload
• Preference for hybrid or fully in-person clinicians
• Work with a diverse client population across the lifespan

• $70.00 – $115.00 per hour
• Competitive fee split based on licensure, experience, caseload, and service type

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Licensed in Michigan as LPC, LMSW, or LLP
• Minimum 2 years of psychotherapy experience preferred
• Experience treating mood and anxiety disorders
• LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive
• NPI and CAQH registered
• Professional references
