Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly qualified Product Specialist with expertise in painting and repair processes within the automotive sector to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the local sales team and customer base, ensuring the proper implementation, ongoing support, and development of our products.
Key Responsibilities- On-Site Installations and Projects:
Travel to customer facilities in the USA to supervise system implementations, provide technical support, and ensure proper project execution. - Technical Consultancy:
Participate in customer and supplier visits and calls to provide specialized technical support, fostering strong relationships with them. - Sales Support:
Collaborate with the local sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. - Customer Support:
Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaboration with the Product Owner:
Work closely with the Product Owner based at our headquarters in Spain to align product features, updates, and improvements. - Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from customers and the sales team to provide valuable input to the Product Owner, supporting continuous product improvement.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in painting and repair processes within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrable experience in technical support or in a process specialist role.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel within the USA for support and installations.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international partners.
- Knowledge of robotic solutions in the automotive sector.
- Customer-facing experience in sales or support role.
- Experience in project management using agile methodologies.
