Obtain chemicals from storage area and fill and prepare foamer, manually apply chemicals to appropriate areas with foamer-sprayer as required;
Remove any packaging material or food items that have not been removed from the production area;
Pre-rinse item with water using hose to remove any food residue;
Apply soap using mobile foaming unit to item;
Scrub item using the appropriate color-coded brush
