Starting Hourly Wage: $20.00+
Responsibilities- Specializing in shrub and bushes focusing on fine gardening, plant health, and seasonal timing for woody ornamentals.
- Requires supervising 2-4 person crews.
- Conducting final walkarounds to ensure job quality and site cleanliness.
- Operate power equipment including line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws.
- Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of trucks and trailers in the AM/PM.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with local health and safety laws and regulations.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew — a team player.
- Minimum 2-year experience in the pruning industry.
- Knowledge of tree and shrub identification and specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various tasks.
- Chauffeur’s License Required
- Time management skills
