We’re hiring an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator. This person will be responsible for project management and estimating commercial electrical scopes of work for HVAC‑related projects and stand‑alone jobs.
Responsibilities- Project manage electric and electrical controls projects
- Maintain a relationship with the general contractor and owners
- Procurement of materials
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Maintain office project management documentation
- Monthly billings
- Review electrical drawings/specs and develop the project
- Solicit pricing from vendors/subcontractors
- Maintain current knowledge of codes and labor pricing
- Complete bid document and proposal letterheads
- 2+ years electrical estimating experience (commercial preferred)
- Understanding of NEC and commercial electrical installations
- Strong Excel and/or estimating software skills
- Journeyman Electrician experience a plus
