About the Job:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual for a 02 Journey-level Residential Electrician position. You will receive a combination of classroom education and on-the-job experience to build skills and gain additional tasks and responsibilities as you grow.
This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and training in the electrical field within the context of septic tank systems.

- Complete all tasks, including assisting with installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibrations of electrical systems and equipment.
- Lay wires, install fixtures, and assemble various components throughout a system.
- Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective and/or worn parts, and reassemble equipment using hand tools.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Maintain tools and equipment; order electrical parts, maintain work logs, and collaborate with other service workers to complete larger projects.
- Travel out to various private locations.
- Attend regular classes as a part of training.
- Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous manner.
- Practice and comprehend safe work procedures per company policy.
- Current Washington Journeyman Residential (02) or Commercial (01) Electrical License.
- Current Washington driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Knowledge of NEC and City building codes.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Disciplined team player who actively listens, learns, teaches, and communicates effectively.
- Experienced with general construction practices and common power tools.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Highly analytical and observant with knowledge of safety protocols.
- Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has reliable transportation and the ability to travel for periods of time.
- Ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with motor control and septic tank systems or similar wastewater treatments is desired.
