HVAC Service Technician

Cregger is seeking a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team
.

Pay Range: $25–$40 per hour (based on experience) Additional performance opportunities may be available

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and service‑related issues
• Accurately document all service work and client communications
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Run service calls and repair or replace parts as needed
• Communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs clearly to customers

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Familiarity with Service Titan and/or Nexstar (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• EPA Certification (required)
