• Execute equipment startups, customer orientation/owner training, and complex commissioning for high‑value commercial projects.
• Diagnose, service, and repair sophisticated commercial/industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Act as the primary technical field expert to resolve complex customer warranty issues and perform routine high‑level inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating technical resolutions directly with clients and facility managers.

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience with commercial rooftops, water source chillers, fans, VAV boxes, and VFDs.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Journeyman status or a valid mechanical license is not required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
