We offer a competitive pay ranging from $21.50 to $27 per hour. This full-time position involves conducting member service duties, follow-up on member accounts, and making impactful phone calls to our members. You are the primary contact for current and potential members, facilitating financial transactions and offering solutions to meet their needs. Your role extends beyond transactions; you are actively promoting the credit union’s mission, vision, and values, building strong relationships within the community.

With a customer-focused approach, you are the face of Industrial Credit Union, ensuring a seamless experience for our members while managing various aspects of the teller position.

Ask yourself:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong math, clerical, and organizational skills
• Great problem-solving abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions
• Having a minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience in a credit union is preferred.
