Overview

We offer a competitive pay ranging from $21.50 to $27 per hour. What Your Day Entails

This full-time position involves conducting member service duties, follow-up on member accounts, and making impactful phone calls to our members. You are the primary contact for current and potential members, facilitating financial transactions and offering solutions to meet their needs. Your role extends beyond transactions; you are actively promoting the credit union’s mission, vision, and values, building strong relationships within the community.

With a customer-focused approach, you are the face of Industrial Credit Union, ensuring a seamless experience for our members while managing various aspects of the teller position.

Our Ideal Candidate

Ask yourself:
Do you have a passion for customer service and working with people? Are you confident in your cash handling or customer service skills? If you answered "yes" to these questions and meet the following requirements, we need you as our Member Service Representative - Teller!

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong math, clerical, and organizational skills
  • Great problem-solving abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions
  • Having a minimum of 6 months of cash handling or teller experience in a credit union is preferred.
