We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who can juggle multiple priorities with ease, support our busy HVAC and Plumbing Service department, and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the drive to grow within our company.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to the service department
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, skillset, and urgency
• Track monthly employee incentives and assist in reporting
• Maintain accurate service files and job records
• Order and track parts for service jobs
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service with every interaction
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Recall detailed information quickly and accurately to assist both customers and technicians

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive energy and a “can-do” attitude – you're the kind of person people love to work with
• A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, prior experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced office setting
• Ability to recall information quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in HVAC and/or plumbing industry is a plus
• Familiarity with dispatching, service software, and parts ordering is a bonus

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year(s) previous administrative experience preferred
• Ability to acquire and maintain First Aid certificate
• Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
