We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who can juggle multiple priorities with ease, support our busy HVAC and Plumbing Service department, and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the drive to grow within our company.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the service department
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, skillset, and urgency
- Track monthly employee incentives and assist in reporting
- Maintain accurate service files and job records
- Order and track parts for service jobs
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service with every interaction
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Recall detailed information quickly and accurately to assist both customers and technicians
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive energy and a “can-do” attitude – you're the kind of person people love to work with
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, prior experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced office setting
- Ability to recall information quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in HVAC and/or plumbing industry is a plus
- Familiarity with dispatching, service software, and parts ordering is a bonus
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year(s) previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to acquire and maintain First Aid certificate
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
