Ferndale, WA Compensation: $25.00-$35.00/hr.

Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice serving Whatcom and Snohomish Counties. We focus on high-quality patient care, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Ferndale clinic. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care, guide therapeutic exercises, document progress, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation.

• Implement treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging clinical environment
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Washington State PTA license (or license-eligible)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Capstone offers specialty programs in orthopedics, sports rehab, pelvic health, geriatrics, vestibular therapy, TMJ, and work injury rehabilitation. Our clinicians include OCS, GCS, FAAOMPT, dry needling, and CHT credentialed providers.
