Metrie is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join our Ferndale manufacturing team on site five days a week. You'll support onboarding, employee relations, analytics and policy adherence while partnering with leaders across Washington and Pennsylvania.
You will lead recruitment for Ferndale and the Knox, PA site, ensure compliance with state laws, monitor work permits, and help build a culture of learning and engagement. Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 with potential bonuses.
