Provides direct leadership to DSSD department crew members including planning and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and administering discipline as needed;
Trains and mentors DSSD crew members to demonstrate, educate and sell dairy and deli products;
Manages training process for all new DSSD crew members through probation, onboarding activities and department training videos;
Writes and places orders for products and supplies and manages inventory using FIFO principles;
Prepares DSSD products for sale, stocks and faces products per policies, and writes daily/weekly plans and schedules
