The Post-Production Manager leads coating, reeling, fabrication, packaging, and related post-production activities while coordinating closely with Production, Scheduling, Warehousing, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

- Coordinate post-production priorities and serve as the primary liaison between Production, Scheduling, Warehousing, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure efficient product flow, on-time shipment performance, and alignment of operational priorities.
- Identify post-production operating supply, equipment, and personnel needs, and review or make recommendations to the Plant Manager.
- Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results across all areas while driving continuous improvement.
- Assign, instruct, train, coordinate, and provide direction to department employees in the performance of their job duties. Verify employee timesheet records and track absenteeism.
