Position: Production Line Work
Our client, a leader in the food processing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Line Worker to join their team. As a Production Line Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: $18- $19 p.h*
* ** Shift: Monday-Friday D:6am-2:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Handle raw materials and perform tasks such as defrosting, hooking, hanging, racking, cutting, stuffing, weighing, scaling, labeling, boxing, and palletizing

+ Load and unload materials onto racks, carts, and conveyors

+ Move products between different temperature areas using carts or racks

+ Prepare products for vacuum processing and packaging

+ Inspect products for quality and consistency, ensuring company standards are met

** What's Needed?*
* + Preferred experience in food processing or manufacturing

+ Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (training provided)

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Reliable with a strong work ethic

+ Flexible schedule to support operational and production needs, including overtime and weekend work as needed
