Production Assistant

Our client, a worldwide leader in their specific industry, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team. As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting machine operators and the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, mechanical aptitude, and attentiveness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Ferndale, WA

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $20.50/hr

Shift: Monday thru Friday

2nd Shift 2:45p-11:15p & 3rd Shift 11:00pm- 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Assist machine operators with setup and preparation for machine operation

• Perform basic machine operation following standard procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards

• Handle materials and transport supplies efficiently within the production area

• Package finished products properly and ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a safety-conscious environment

• Physically capable of lifting 10-25 lbs frequently and 25-50 lbs occasionally

• Mechanical inclination and troubleshooting skills are a plus
