Alpha Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for our Whatcom County area Home Health division!
Benefits:$45-$54 per hour, DOE Competitive per visit rates

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in the home setting
Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed
Perform wound care and dressing changes and other complex care Monitor vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to the physician
Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and self-care Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Document all visits and care provided in the EMREnsure compliance with agency policies, Medicare/Medicaid, and other regulations
Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
Provide emotional support and promote patient independence
Requirements:
Washington RN licensure
Home Health/Hospice agency experience preferred, but not required
Current BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
