North County Landscape CO. has proudly served our community since 2003, and we are currently seeking an experienced, energetic Project Crew Lead to join our growing team. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is ready to lead, grow, and build a long‑term career with us.

The Project Crew Lead works alongside a team of 2–4 crew members performing landscape maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a crew to meet quality and productivity standards.

Landscape maintenance duties may include pruning, hedging, weeding, leaf clean‑up, edging, and other general maintenance tasks.

• Lead and direct a crew of 2–4 team members

• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards

• Verify appropriate tools and equipment are used at each job site

• Perform trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging to specifications

• Spread bark and gravel to meet job expectations

• Report equipment issues or damage to the shop

• Assist with unloading and dumping debris at the end of the day

• Support the Maintenance Manager with additional tasks as needed

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Capable of frequent walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting

• Experience operating landscape maintenance equipment

• Knowledge of proper pruning and trimming techniques

• Horticulture experience or strong interest preferred

• 2 years of leadership experience

• Valid Washington State Driver’s License

• Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)

• Must be 18 years or older

• $25–$27 per hour (DOE)

• Monday–Thursday schedule (occasional Fridays during busy season)

• Paid holidays

• PTO after 180 days
