  • 1+ years of experience in or alongside an R&D environment, translating research concepts into functional software
  • 2+ years of hands‑on proficiency in Python, .Net Core, Go, React, and XJS
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, including model development, LLMs/generative AI, or AI‑powered analytics
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with predictive monitoring systems, condition‑based monitoring, or real‑time alerting platforms – particularly in utility or energy contexts
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Lang Chain, or similar
  • Experience with SCADA systems, DERMS, or other utility‑specific platforms
  • Experience with cloud‑based AI/ML services (AWS Sage Maker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
  • Understanding of data pipelines or time‑series data management
