Ready Mix Driver

Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle readiness

Communicate with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate timely deliveries

Accurately complete delivery tickets and maintain driving/log records

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery

Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and adapt to changing job site conditions

Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail

Effective communication and customer service skills

Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

$36.30 to $36.30 per hour
