HGV Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of HGV Technician in Ferndown. Duties of a HGV Technician:

Servicing and maintaining a fleet of HGVs, including motorhomes
Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
Completing work within specified time frames and to high standards
Keeping detailed records of maintenance and repairs
Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
Assisting with workshop tasks to ensure smooth operational flow
Supporting team members with technical and operational issues

Requirements of a HGV Technician:

Qualified mechanic with proven experience in servicing HGVs
Relevant industry certifications or qualifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work
HGV licence is advantageous but not essential
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
