You'll bring at least 1-2 years of relevant experience to ensure smooth operations. Lead by example, from recruiting to implementing hotel policies. Handling customer feedback and assisting guests with special needs will be key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform essential front desk duties daily
• Recruit and train new front desk team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvements
• Address guest complaints with efficiency
• Maintain staff schedules to meet operational needs
Requirements:
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in hotel management
• Knowledge of central reservation systems and MS Office
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and communication
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
