Position: Lead Carpenter for Custom Homes
Join Münter Design & Build as a Lead Journeyman Carpenter in Fernie, BC. This full-time role focuses on high-performance custom homes, where your leadership and precision are paramount.

In this role, you'll lead framing crews, interpret plans, and construct detailed wall and roof systems. We're seeking a dedicated carpenter with a Red Seal certification and at least six years in residential construction. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure top-quality results for our architecturally demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead framing crews and manage complex assemblies

• Solve site issues before they arise

• Construct high-performance wall and roof systems

• Execute precise interior and exterior carpentry

• Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters

Requirements:

• Red Seal / Journeyman Carpenter certification

• Over 6 years of experience in residential construction

• Strong framing and layout skills

• Proven experience with custom homes

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
