The ideal candidate excels in communication and is physically fit, comfortable with heights, and reliable. You'll engage in various painting tasks, including surface preparation and applying paint using different methods to ensure a pristine finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting

• Remove old wallpaper, paint, or stain

• Repair cracks and holes before painting

• Apply paint using brush, roller, or spray methods

• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Comfort with working at heights

• Reliable and physically capable

• Experience in outdoor settings

• Strong communication skills
