Painter - Seasonal (Full-Time

We are looking to fill the full-time seasonal position of Painterat Fernie Alpine Resort
. Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager, theideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, physically fit, and comfortable with working e join our team and enjoy perks such as discounts on lodging and lessons, employee events, food and beverage discounts,and much much more!

• Preparing and cleaning surfaces, sanding, scraping,dusting
• Removing old or failed wallpaper, paint, stain
• Repair cracks and holes
• Apply paint to a variety of surfaces both interior and exterior
• Use masking tape or other materials to protect surface snot being painted
• Apply paint by brush, roller, spray, or other methods
• Clean equipment and tools before leaving the job site
• Knowand adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook.
• Knowand follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program.
• Knowand comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Able to work alone or in a team environment
• Must be ok with working at heights
• Must be reliable
• Must be physically capable and able to workoutside
