Insights Prep is seeking a Client Relations Director to strengthen and expand client partnerships while leading strategic engagement across global markets. The ideal candidate is a senior-level relationship builder with a proven record of growing complex client accounts, mentoring teams, and driving retention and revenue growth. This role will act as the executive link between clients and company leadership, ensuring that Insights Prep continues to deliver exceptional value to its corporate and institutional partners.
The position offers the opportunity to shape long-term client engagement strategies while contributing to the company’s global growth initiatives.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute strategic engagement and retention programs.
- Act as the executive liaison between clients and company leadership.
- Mentor and guide account teams to ensure service excellence and growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and long‑term value.
- Collaborate with leadership to align client management practices with company objectives.
- Provide strategic insights to support business development and future sales initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage and grow complex, multi‑stakeholder client relationships.
- Strong expertise in retention, client engagement, and executive‑level communication.
- Experience mentoring teams and driving measurable client satisfaction improvements.
- Proficiency with CRM and account management tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strategic communicator and trusted relationship builder.
- Forward‑thinking and adaptable across global markets.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision‑making abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
