About the Role

As a Growth Product Manager at Solace, you will be responsible for developing and executing product initiatives that drive positive growth. You are a self-starter interested in working on a broad set of in-house initiatives and taking on significant ownership.

The Growth Product Manager works cross-functionally to drive P&L results. This individual contributor role is for the ambitious, curious, and those who don’t shy away from feedback. You will report directly to our Head of Growth.

What You’ll Do

• Bring innovative Growth ideas—and bring them to life.
• Be autonomous, taking full ownership of your work and responsibilities.
• Rapidly produce and launch concepts, embracing potential failure as part of the process.
• Serve as the main liaison with cross-functional and creative partners, defining roadmaps and ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
• Provide visibility into current projects, involve the right stakeholders, document decisions, and follow up on commitments.
• Learn and uphold the Solace brand and user expectations across all touchpoints.

What You Bring to the Table

• A bias toward action and execution, thriving on momentum and tight timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for managing chaos.
• Unfettered creativity.
• Understanding of creating delightful, consumer-oriented experiences for acquisition and retention.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in consumer startups.
