BAGGU is looking for an Associate Director of Wholesale. This role is responsible for defining and executing the brand’s wholesale vision, driving annual revenue and profitability goals, and shaping the brand’s global distribution strategy across all current and future product categories. This leader will ensure operational excellence, a best-in‑class customer experience, and strong cross‑functional alignment to support sustainable, long‑term growth.

Remote, limited to candidates in the following states: CA, OR, CO, , IL, OH, NJ, NY

Travel to SF HQ (4-6x a year)

• Oversee the full wholesale organization — majors, specialty, distributors, MTO (make to order), closeout, and digital — responsible for revenue, margin, and P&L performance across all B2B channels.
• Set and lead seasonal, annual, and multi-year growth strategies, translating company goals into clear plans and KPIs.
• Manage and develop the wholesale team, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and supporting ongoing growth and development.
• Drive international expansion, assessing new markets, key accounts and distributors.
• Establish and refine wholesale policies, processes, and standards to support scalable, efficient operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership, Planning, Ecom, Merchandising, Logistics, and Financial Operations to deliver shared revenue and operational goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and distribution models.
• Ensure a best-in‑class partner experience, reflecting BAGGU’s brand and operational standards.

• 7+ years of wholesale experience in fashion, accessories, or consumer goods.
• Proven success across key accounts (majors + specialty), international distributors, and digital B2B platforms, with a clear understanding of how each drives growth, margin, and operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling sales organizations and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience negotiating large-scale contracts, terms, and go‑to‑market partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and strategic, comfortable with complex data, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
• Operational fluency across wholesale systems (Netsuite, Shopify, SPS/EDI, retailer compliance portals).
• Ability to translate global strategy into clear, regionally relevant execution while maintaining brand alignment.
