We are actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Partnerships Lead to join our Platform Partnerships team, reporting to the Director, Platform Partnerships. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in taking new platform products to market by identifying, securing, and scaling early partnerships that validate new use cases for our technologies, prove new commercial opportunities, and scale these programs globally.

This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, with specific focus on new product development and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Partnership Management:
    Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic partners to drive joint revenue opportunities. Develop and execute a unique strategy for each partner, including business planning, co-marketing motions, and enablement initiatives. Reference and describe previous programs launched from 0-1, the challenges overcome, and the success metrics achieved.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Build a strategic plan highlighting key industries and companies to target, develop incentives & product value props to differentiate, and illustrate channel growth over time. Own partner recruitment end-to-end, from initial scoping to ongoing management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with Product Marketing, Business and Engineering to align on strategic initiatives that drive deeper technical integrations and differentiated value propositions. Provide examples of internal relationship-building to launch partner products, expand API capabilities, and scale new platforms.
  • Program Ownership:
    Define KPIs, establish reporting, and use data to guide focus and pivots; build consensus with cross-functional stakeholders. Use data to inform partnership structuring for growth.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Understand integration options (APIs to highly integrated partnerships). Prioritize partner feedback and work cross-functionally with product and engineering to incorporate feedback to improve features and user experiences for Partners.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in partnership management
  • Existing relationships and experience in the travel services (Grocery, Transportation, etc.) or experiences (Tours, Tickets, Landmarks, etc.) industries
  • Experience negotiating and integrating B2B partnerships to drive new supply acquisition
  • Ability to evangelize technology offerings with partner product teams to support product and business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Adaptable to change and able to operate with shifting priorities
  • Experience managing large, diverse, strategic partner relationships and developing partnership strategies, innovative commercial models, and go-to-market plans to scale globally
  • Adept at solving ambiguous problems and building for scale
  • Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Clear and purposeful written and verbal communication
Compensation
  • $76.29 – $82.76/hr W-2
