Someone who can whip up scroll-stopping edits, animate like a beast, and bring raw creative energy to every frame. Someone who lives in After Effects, breathes timing and transitions, and obsesses over details no one else even notices.

If you love cutting clips that actually make people stop scrolling, designing animations that punch harder than a headline, and getting a dopamine hit when your content goes viral—you might be the one we’re looking for.

And we kill average content before it ever sees the light of  this role, you’ll work directly with our Founder and creative leadership to help craft the most exciting video and motion content on the internet. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Edit high-quality, high-impact video content for our clients’ social media feeds

Create slick animations and motion graphics that make our work unskippable

Bring ideas to the table—content, transitions, treatments, meme-y goodness—we want it all Rapidly produce and deliver edits (social moves fast, and so do we)
Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and ad specialists to execute end-to-end Manage multiple brands at once (expect 4-5 brands, and around 10-15 videos each month)
Review every frame like it’s going out to 10 million people—because sometimes it isStay on top of social video trends and be the first to bring them into our content
