Overview

The Membership Aide greets members, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, provides information about Club programs, and assists with membership processes. This role helps maintain a secure, clean, and organized entrance, creates a positive first impression, monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access, and coordinates with program staff during member pick‑up.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick‑up.
  • Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information on Club programs to members, parents, visitors, and respond to phone inquiries.
  • Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas.
Schedule
  • Shift: 6:30am – 8:30am and 2:30pm – 6:00pm.
  • During school breaks: 12:00pm – 6:00pm.
  • Work location:

    Fernley Clubhouse – 695 East Main Street.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

  • Minimum age 17 years or older.
Additional Steps for All Hires
  • Provide three professional references or non‑family references over age 18.
