Title: Customer Service Rep

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product; receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Oriented and trained on the job.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide for monetary calculations and give correct change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Perform motor coordination between eyes and hands for quick, accurate movements.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to type or enter data on a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Standing, walking, and occasional sitting; work surfaces between 36" and 48".
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying and pushing trays, cases, and stacked items.
• Shoulder and upper‑body movements, bending and stooping, reaching above 72".
• Use of hands for shaping dough, operating equipment, and handling pizza tools.

• Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Outdoor tasks may involve adverse weather.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

• May occasionally need to navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
• Work involves frequent reaching, bending, and lifting of items.
