Process electronically generated orders and quote requests for MSC's large Enterprise Customers.;
Handle customer service inquiries via inbound phone calls, email, chat, and 3rd party portals.;
Interact with National Account Managers to promote MSC's sales solutions and drive revenue.;
Resolve customer service concerns and communicate customer issues to management for resolution.;
Utilize 3rd party purchasing portals and collaborate with Credit and ITB2B teams to minimize invoice rejections.
