, led by Dr. Griffiths! We’re seeking a Full-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our growing practice across three Las Vegas locations.

As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and creating a positive experience for every patient. You’ll work side-by-side with our orthodontist and team, assisting with procedures, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and informed.

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including braces adjustments, aligner delivery, and appliance placement
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Take and upload digital x-rays
• Document treatment progress and update patient records
• Manage supplies and inventory
• Support a fun, professional, and team-oriented clinical environment
• Adhere to all safety, health, and compliance regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, etc.)

• Orthodontic experience required
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with Dentirx is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus, but not required.
