COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Dental Director (DDS, DMD) – Up to $245K guaranteed salary.
Annual retention bonus: $35K (evergreen).
Potential total annual compensation: up to $280K.

RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general dentistry services, serving a variety of case mix and all age groups.
- Traditional Monday‑Friday or 4 × 10‑hour scheduling options available.
Required:
- DDS / DMD graduate.
- New graduates and experienced dentists welcome.
- Passionate about working with Tribal patient populations.
Wide‑open high desert living with scenic views near the Nevada‑Idaho border. Easy access to fishing, hunting, hiking, and ranch country. Duck Valley Indian Reservation located just over an hour from Elko, NV. Weekend getaways to Lake Tahoe, Reno.
