Job Description
Title: Grant Outcomes AnalystReporting to: Grant Outcomes Manager
Location: REMOTE. Strong preference for Eastern and Central time zone locations
CMEsquared® is seeking a Grant Outcomes Analyst who will own the analysis, reporting, and distribution of continuingುಕೆಯ medical education (CME) programs. They will work closely with the rest of the CME Grant Operations team to ensure that the right metrics are developed per the needs of the grant. Your passion for CME and data analysis is essential. You have a natural curiosity and believe in continuous improvement. You are clinician‑centric and want to make sure that you are making a positive impact for our clinicians and their patients while providing value for our supporters.
Responsibilities
- Develop PowerPoint or other document templates for presenting outcomes. Iterate on these templates as CME trends and grantor needs shift
- Support grants team in creating outcomes for needs assessments
- Consult with grant coordinator and Chief Medical Officer around required KPIs needed to be shown in outcomes

- Communicate and explain outcomes as needed or allowed to grant funders in collaboration with the CMO
- Build outcome results for consumption for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in capturing questions and creating of pre/post-test evaluations
- Assist CME grant operations team with other ad‑hoc tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- 4‑year degree from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education at any part of the grant lifecycle, but preference for experience in developing outcomes
- Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Superior organizational and time‑management skills with a detail‑oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), preferred
- Proficiency in Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
