Job Title: GTM Product Manager – Marketing Focus (Epic Healthcare Experience)

Salary: Up to $120,000

Location: Remote (USA only)

I’m working with a fast-growing Healthtech company transforming post-acute care ordering with a modern platform used by thousands of providers across the US.

They’re looking to hire a GTM Product Manager with a marketing focus to lead the go-to-market strategy for their Epic-integrated workflows. This role blends product, marketing, and clinical engagement to help drive adoption across hospitals and health systems.

• 3–5 years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or GTM strategy, ideally in healthtech or B2B SaaS
• Strong knowledge of the Epic EHR ecosystem (App Orchard, Epic Care, Orders, Bridges, etc.)
• Experience marketing or building products for provider organizations or hospitals
• Excellent storytelling and cross-functional communication skills
• Comfortable working with product metrics and customer feedback
• Passionate about simplifying healthcare workflows

Bonus Points:

• Experience with FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, or other interoperability standards
• Background in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech
• Familiarity with post-acute care, DME, or clinical ordering workflows
