ESL Instructor

The ESL Instructor at Monglish International Academy is responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction using the innovative Mongi-Immerse methodology. This role involves teaching students of varying age groups and proficiency levels, focusing on developing their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in a dynamic and interactive environment. The ESL Instructor ensures that lessons are engaging, learner-centered, and aligned with the academy’s mission to provide immersive and practical language learning experiences.

• Lesson Planning and Delivery
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring
• Classroom Management
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents, students, and academic staff to address learning needs and progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• ESL teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL).
• Proven experience teaching English as a second language to various age groups.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to create engaging and student-centered lessons.

• The last 3 days of every month will be considered days off for all team members.
