Student Intern – Wisconsin South Central (Undergraduate Ministry).

Work Location:

Wisconsin. Job Type: Part time. This internship focuses on learning the basics of college campus ministry and developing leadership, spiritual growth, and ministry experience.

• Participate and engage fully with the campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
• Contribute to the accomplishment of the campus ministry team’s plans for spiritual growth and transformation.
• Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture to their lives.
• Promote the Mission on campus and seek opportunities to proclaim and demonstrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Learn to guide chapters or assigned segments in strategic thinking regarding witness to the university.
• Model and assist students and faculty in growing in their love for God’s people of all ethnicities and cultures.
• Encourage a prayerful lifestyle, especially among those not yet following Jesus as Lord and Savior.
• Engage positively with supervision and training from staff ministry trainer and/or director.
• Assist with reporting as assigned.
• Serve as an ambassador of Inter Varsity to ministry partners and churches.

• Follower of Jesus Christ, annually affirming Inter Varsity’s Statement of Agreement.
• Developing passion for evangelism.
• Campus ministry leadership qualities including initiative, self‑awareness, cultural awareness, communication, professionalism, eagerness to learn, cross‑cultural competence, teamwork, and relational maturity.

Pay range: $31,320.00 – $41,772.00 per year. The position is funded through personal fundraising; actual salary depends on the ability to secure a donor team. A full‑time equivalent (40 hours/week) salary falls within this range, adjusted for location and cost of living.
