  • Plan, develop, and deliver EHS training programs, including preparation of materials and evaluation of effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance to site personnel on safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with corporate teams and site leaders to promote consistency, best practice sharing, and alignment of EHS management systems.
  • Support ergonomic assessments and continuous improvement of job processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a resource for emergency preparedness, site security, and facility-wide safety initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on EHS performance, metrics, and initiatives to site leadership.
Desired Competencies

You clearly convey information, ideas, and expectations to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to ensure understanding and alignment.
  • Critical Thinking:
You analyze information objectively, evaluate options, and apply sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Accountability:
You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and hold yourself to high standards for quality and results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health preferred, or relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational safety and environmental compliance.
  • Experience interpreting and applying safety and environmental regulations, including machine guarding requirements.
  • Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and lead change across multiple sites.
  • Ability to work independently and apply resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
