* Evaluates and improves plant processes to increase reliability, improves production rates, increases efficiencies, and reduces costs.
* Troubleshoots plant process issues.
* Develops innovative solutions to problems.
* Prepares samples for analysis.
* Collects, records and transcribes data.
* Show results in reports.
* Develops and implements systems that optimize plant systems.
* Provides suggestions during incident investigations.
* Advises on corrective actions.
* Develops Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Works closely with staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
