This role is key in supporting regional operations and value stream transformation initiatives, ensuring that lean practices are consistently applied for a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree, over eight years of experience in lean practices, and strong coaching abilities. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with regional and global travel flexibility.
