• 6+ years in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Finance, Controller)

• Experience leading finance strategy at high‑growth startups, scaling companies, or enterprises

• Skilled at navigating complexity and aligning financial systems with company purpose

• Values‑driven, growth‑oriented, and passionate about building not just strong balance sheets, but strong teams

• Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self‑awareness, and understanding others

• Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose‑driven companies
