The firm is seeking a senior-level M&A professional to join as a Managing Director. This is an opportunity for a proven deal maker who can originate and lead transactions independently while leveraging the firm's robust infrastructure and execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and lead M&A and capital markets transactions across multiple sectors
• Manage deal execution from initial engagement through closing
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, investors, and referral sources
• Collaborate with internal teams across sourcing, execution, and private capital
• Represent the firm in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
• Contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives and strategic direction
