• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, or equivalent entry-level degree as required by state licensure.
• Current Nevada Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification required.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
• 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care (POC), document progress notes, and follow physician orders.
• Ability to provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, instruct on safe use of assistive devices, and order/adapt rehabilitative equipment for home environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally for patient visits.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and prolonged standing and walking.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
