Here's some additional information:

• We target a 2 patient per hour caseload per therapist once fully ramped up (1:2), with flexibility based on clinician preference, patient mix and support levels.
• We use Epic Garden Plot as our EMR and actively working on AI dictation and scribing to reduce documentation load.
• You will have a named mentor on your first day to help guide you in your ROC journey.
• No productivity penalties for no-show appointments.
• Quick authorizations with a dedicated therapy authorizations team.
