• Base pay always guaranteed while working for ROC - productivity is not used to reduce base compensation
• Bonuses are based on performance and paid biannually if eligible (but do not impact base pay)
• Growth opportunities are many – dedicated CME funds for specialty certs, conferences and license renewals ($2,500 annually)
• Student loan repayment funds ($10k) to help pay down remaining student loan debt

Here's some additional information:

• We target a 2 patient per hour caseload once fully ramped up (1:2), with flexibility based on clinician preference, patient mix and support levels.
• We use Epic Garden Plot as our EMR and actively working on AI dictation and scribing to reduce documentation load.
• You will have a named mentor on your first day to help guide you in your ROC journey.
• No productivity penalties for no-show appointments.
• Quick authorizations with a dedicated therapy authorizations team.
